A massage using firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD):

MLD uses light, relaxing massage techniques, specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help and improve the flow of lymphatic fluid. Health benefits include improved immune health, detoxing, reduced water retention, cellulite and increased energy levels.

Facial Reflexology:

Facial Reflexology aims to relax and help remove stress by assisting the body to heal and rebalance itself. During facial reflexology gentle pressure is applied to the different reflex zones and reflexology points on the face to target areas of imbalance throughout the entire body.

£50 per treatment of 60min  

Foot Reflexology:

Reflexology dates back to around 2500BC in Egypt and China. Foot Reflexology uses specific areas on the feet to improve health and well-being.

Aromatherapy Massage:

A gentle massage using essential oil blends for healing and relaxation – fragrances relax or stimulate the brain to help with the emotional healing process as well as physical aspects.

Indian Head Massage:

While the name indicates that work is carried out on the head, the treatment also includes the shoulders, arms, neck and face to release tension that has built up in these areas.

A focused massage technique targeting specific regions of the body for rehabilitation or comfort – the massage warms and stretches the muscles before and/or after sport.
