I have had a couple of deep tissue sports massages from Bruce so far, which were absolutely brilliant. I have had many massages in the past at salons but they are never quite strong enough. I can honestly say that Bruce’s massages are the best massages I’ve had. Bruce is a fantastic masseur with a depth of knowledge of the body’s musculature. He takes the time to tailor the massage to the individual’s needs - giving specific attention to the muscles that really need it.

At the start of the consultation Bruce concentrated on taking a thorough history, and shared his knowledge and expertise on different ways to prevent, and reduce muscle stress, including migraines.

I’ve been lucky enough to have many many massages over the years, but this honestly has to be the best deep tissue/ sports massage that I’ve ever had. Bruce took his time to focus on every part of the body, searching out, and alleviating tight knots, tension and lactic acid build up. The nurturing, manipulative action from Bruce’s hands gently pressed, and eased out the tight stubborn knots in my overworked glutes and thighs....So much so, I thought the muscles had fallen off my bones.... I felt so loose and relaxed afterwards.
For an individualized, targeted treatment I can’t recommend “Wellness by Bruce” highly enough.

I have been coming to Bruce for a number of treatments. With a variety of techniques Bruce tailors each massage to relieve a problem area while still making the whole body and mind relax and rejuvenate. I have quite sensitive skin, however Bruce's oils cause no skin rash and feel very nice. I highly recommend Bruce because he definitely knows what he is doing and it comes from his beautiful heart. The positive and caring energy that the masseuse transmits is very important!
